Customs

Bases available: CozyCatStudio [Chibi vers. 2, Chrysalis, Shortstack + a few add-ons], MalaikatQueens [Canine, Puppy 1, Bats, Hyenas and Foxes], Spookielee chibi, Maws Chibi base, My own base available on Ko-FiIf you request me to use p2u base that i do not own, you as the buyer are required to buy it for me.

the "tiny" variant of customs will come on the self-made "base" as seen in the examples.
I'm also willing to discuss customs for species as long as you have a myo/permission of some sorts.

Each type of custom has the option of a color palette and other additional info such as name, pronouns, ... which can be compiled into a ref as seen above.Additional Items, close-ups, etc. can be discussed for an additional charge.

By commissioning me or obtaining my designs, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, prior to the commission.Breaking my Terms of Service will result in warnings or putting you on my Blacklist, meaning you are not allowed to commission me or recieve any of my designs.

I. General Terms

Do not remove my watermark or any signatures left by me.Please write in a clear and nice manner. Any negative behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission can be canceled if it occurs.

II. Payment

All commissions must be paid in full upfront unless discussed otherwise.I accept payments via PayPal and Ko-Fi.
Ko-Fi payments don't require a PayPal account and accepts credit card and Apple Pay payments.Setting a deadline for me will include a rush fee. Keep in mind that I may not be able to agree to the deadline given.Payment plans will usually have a non-refundable downpayment. Depending on the amount, the lenght of the plan may be discussed.

III. Refunds/Cancellation policy

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time, with or without reason. If I haven't started yet, you'll be refunded fully. If I have started your commission, depending on how far I have completed it, a partial refund will be issued.I won't do any refunds once the artwork has been completed.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund after payment has been recieved, unless discussed with me otherwise or if it's within reason.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and you will be put on my blacklist.

IV. Process

My usual turnaround time is estimated between 1-4 weeks. If no updates have been given during that time, you're welcome to ask about the status. You're welcome to ask about updates during the 1-4 weeks as long as it's not done overly much.I will only send W.I.P.s if they have been requested or if i feel like it. I won't re-do the entire piece upon completion. If you want updates, you must tell me beforehand.

FOR MAILED COMMISSIONS ONLY: Tracking will always be included unless stated otherwise.
Shipping may take up to 1-3 weeks depending on where you're located and how the current shipping situations are.
Feel free to ask about your tracking number once available.The production of charms and shipment to me can take around 10-20 days before they'll be sent to me from my manufacturer.

V. Usage Policy

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, therefore allowing me to use the art to:
-Promote myself in any place or site
-Display it anywhere to my liking
-Post it wherever I want, etc.You the commissioner is allowed to:
-Use the art for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise
-Print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself
-Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to me.
-Repost the art you commissioned with proper credit given.You are not allowed to:
-Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-Take Credit for the creation of the artwork
-Remove any watermarks/signatures.
-Alter the artwork without my, the artist´s, permission.

VI. Other

I will require a clear REF or at least fullbody view of the character. (Customs excluded) Digitally is preffered to avoid picking wrong colors. You're always welcome to tell me about special details (markings, accessoires,...) that tend to be easily overlooked or anything like that.Small changes may be done after completion, such as adding details I have forgotten.If WIPs have been requested, changes to the pose, expression or clothing may be done before the sketch has been officially approved. I will not re-do the entire piece or make big alterations to it after the sketch has been approved or upon completion.You are not allowed to edit the artwork in any way. Even if the design has changed AFTER or DURING the commission has been made.I can decline the commission or raise the price if I feel like the character is overly complex/too complex for me.A change of character may only be requested before I started working on the art and can be declined if I don't feel like drawing the character.

VII. Adopts and Customs

Unless otherwise stated, I will allow holds with a non-refundable down payment depending on the amount. This will also estimate the time of the hold. (Usually max. 1 month, but can be discussed otherwise)Do not sell for a higher price than it was bought for unless it has extra art. (Art recieved as requests, trades, gifts and raffles do not count)The design may be traded, gifted, ...
It may only be resold if it was obtained by money or has recieved art that was paid for. Personal art may count aswell, but remain reasonable with it.You're allowed to edit the image such as adding/removing markings, tattoos, etc.I remain credited even after edits or redesigns have been done.

Additional rules to customs only:I will not do any changes to the design after it has been approved that there's no more changes to be done/ there aren't any changes that I can or would be willing to do.Changes such as adding/removing markings, tweaking the colors, are possible unless too complex and/or requested too many times. I will keep all of the rights of the old concept unless it's too similar to the finished product.Outfits can be picked [or described] by you, otherwise I will add what I see fitting for the custom [only if you requested that you want outfits].I won't copy another persons character.
However I'm willing to do designs based off of characters from public/popular media and fandoms (Mlp, FnaF, Steven Universe, Genshin etc.) or your own designs.I still have the right to refuse to do so if I feel like I won't be able/not be comfortable to design something based on that or any other reason.Unless specified otherwise, you're free to give details about your custom. Anything from a simple theme (e.g.: Sunset Beach, Spooky Forest,...), moodboard(s) or a color palette, to gender, species, etc.
